Yesterday's Phialadelphia Inquirer had an article on the SAT scores throughout the country hitting an 8 year low in both the verbal and math sections. A few pages later, I read about Lauren Caitlyn Upton, an 18 year old Miss Teen USA contestant representing South Carolina. She was asked a question about geography during the pageant. I found the video at you tube...
